“The class was really fun and Chris was a great teacher who was passionate and full of energy. He has so much knowledge about the native plants and the origins of the drinks that he makes, and it was really interesting to hear about how he infuses the alcohol himself. The class was small which meant that we got to take our time making and enjoying each drink. The drinks were all lovely and the location was also great. I would definitely recommend!”
