I enjoyed the cake decorating class. It was fantastic!!! The atmosphere was relaxing. I learnt specific piping techniques such as creating swirls, flowers and using different colours. . The best part was to share the delicious cake with my family. Thank you so much for running the class.

I really enjoyed attending the make an ombre buttercream cake decorating class. The class was fun, I liked mixing the colours in the buttercream the most and decorating the cake with different swirl and flower patterns. The teacher worked with the class very well and would help someone when required. I would definitely recommend this class to others wanting to try something new.

Lesley and Adam were super organised making the class flow smoothly. Lesley explained all the techniques really clearly making it easy to follow her instructions. The room was a little small and cramped for 12 participants, so a alightly larger room might have helped. Also some signage would have assisted finding the location of the class in the building. All-in-all, though, a great clas. Thank you!!

Woohoo - my first Ombre Buttercream Class is complete! What a great way to spend a couple of hours being creative in the kitchen. I now have an appreciation of what's involved in cake decorating with the modern twist of 'naked' cakes. I think I'll also be able to be a brick layer too given some the tools used. Thanks to Lesley and Liz from Sydney for providing your tuition, tools and of course, the cake and the butter cream!
