Although I have done a tea sitting before , the knowledge and history about the teas was very valuable. My teacher Katie, was friendly and patient with my constant questions. Her passion of tea and the varieties were clear, which I enjoyed. All 5 varieties had a distinctive flavor to soothe you. Each tea smooth and delicious.
