“Both teachers Lily and Lilani were really helpful and supportive through out the process! We enjoyed our class and would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun, peaceful and therapeutic art experience!”
“Teacher was helpful, supplies were plentiful, and it was nice socializing with the other couple in our class. Overall my son and i enjoyed this class. Would definitely take more classes here!”
“For the art project, all we did was add some sand to some acrylic paint, and then mix with a paint brush on paper. I’m not super familiar textured acrylic, but I was expecting to use some sort of plaster. This felt more like a cheap kids art project.
The studio itself looks like it’s in a converted office space that’s a bit run down looking overall. There were a few other classes going on and lots of people going in and out. There were 8 of us crammed into a small room. The instructor was really nice but left often to teach one of the other classes.”
“Super fun, really enjoyed. The two drawbacks were that because the teacher had to manage multiple classes, it felt like some students got left behind, and the advice to draw first & paint after actually slowed down most of the class (because they were focused on getting it perfect when they just covered it all up afterwards). It was great to have the templates and materials all already thought of and laid out. Very fun experience, will definitely book again!”
“I had a great experience with textured acrylic painting. It was both fun and relaxing. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through each step, especially the owner. My painting exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely return with friends.”
“My daughter and I took this class and had a great time. It was fun to learn to work with a new material. Our teacher was very talented, kind, and helpful. We will be back.”
