Teacher was very clear and thorough. Wanted to give as much information as he could and I appreciated it. There were different levels of cooking knowledge amongst the crowd but he made it feel like we were all on the same page.

One of my favorite classes so far! I’ve tried to make this before but going through the steps and having someone explain it so thoroughly was so helpful! The paella was delicious and he made us feel capable of doing this on our own at home! Loved the class!

We had an absolutely amazing class creating Paella! This was hands on and packed with information and tips on making this at home. Especially important was where to get ingredients and received the recipe after the course! What was the teacher like? Chef Vic was Fantastic! He's an incredibly experienced chef as well as being a kind and clear instructor. How was the venue (if applicable)? The venue was both spacious and intimate, with all the supplies and amenities we needed to make great food. If materials were provided, did you like them? All of the ingredients were prepped and portioned for us, requiring minimal work other than cutting up some things so we knew what size to aim for on our own. Was the experience good value for money? Absolutely. What did you like most? I enjoyed getting to cook with Chef Vic the most, as he made the experience truly memorable and entertaining. We have the before photos, but the food smelled so good we forgot to take the completed product until after we'd devoured most of it, so refer to the picture for the class because that's what ours looked like with a few less shrimp and no herb topper.
