Besides walking us through the process and making sure to give us the tips and tricks, he’s very patient, personable and has a great sense of humor to keep everything light. He takes time to explain each step of the process, demonstrates, and then gives each student the opportunity to try. The sausage making was super fun and we are looking forward to putting our new learned skills to use—Richard made sure we felt confident to try on our own.
