From start to finish, this was a beautifully organized experience. The instructions were clear, the atmosphere was calm and inspiring, and making our own terrariums was incredibly satisfying. The food and Turkish delight added a warm, memorable touch.

The workshop was fun and a different NYC experience. Fahti was kind and accommodating, but I had a very hard time understanding his English. In general, I thought this experience was really overpriced and there was some false marketing. We got a tiny clump of moss and a one inch sprig of a plant. In your marketing photos there were elegant stemmed glass wine glasses….we got plastic cups and grocery store salami and crackers. No one offered us wine, we had to get it ourselves. The whole plant and sip premise is kind of phony. And your email said to bring your positive energy: there was zero energy in the room. It would be really nice to have all the people at the table introduce themselves and create some comraderie. We tried to introduce ourselves to our table mates and that was a bit awkward. We were right on time so I know we didn’t miss any introductions. I was with two of my closest friends so we always have a great time together. But would I recommend this experience to others? Nope. Sorry. I know you’re a small business. But you need to polish it up a bit. If you show elegant pictures of stemmed wine glasses, for heavens sake don’t serve wine in plastic cups and charge 150 bucks. I mean for this review to be helpful to you for the future of your business. I hope you will take it in the spirit it is given.

I’ve tried to contact the instructor, who cancelled the workshop just a couple of days before it was scheduled and provided a random date which we were not able to make. I let him know it would not be possible and asked for other options. I still have not heard back. We would still like to attend but if there is no answer I expect to get a refund. I would appreciate hearing from someone.
