“I had booked the Ceramic Mug workshop for Nov 23rd '24 (12pm to 2.30pm). I also recieved confirmation email confirming the time & date of the class. In spite of that when I reached the venue, it was closed. None of my calls were answered by the teacher.
I am greatly disappointed as I travelled all the way from Martinez with my husband with so much excitement for the session (booked it as gift for our wedding anniversary)..royal waste of time, money & efforts. It is my first time booking a session with Class Bento and it has left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would either like to have a refund for my session which was not held as per confirmation or rescheduled to another pottery session in this week.
