“We were expecting to learn more about textured art in this class. I understand that it’s only a 1.5-hour experience; however, it would have been helpful to receive at least a few tips or basic guidance during the session. They simply provided the materials and space and allowed us to paint whatever we wanted, without any instruction. There was nothing mentioned during the booking process indicating that this would be a self-guided session. We drove all the way from Sacramento to San Francisco for this experience, and unfortunately, we didn’t feel that we learned anything. Honestly, this is something we could have done at home for around $50 instead of paying $200 for two people.
That said, the staff were friendly and kind, and we appreciate the drinks and materials that were provided.”
