“Arnie is such a wonderful guy! I've always been intimidated by bread baking and thus I wanted to take a class. I've read multiple books but I am more of a visual learner. Came across Arnie's class through an internet search and this was exactly what I was looking for! He is the sweetest! He format his class in such a way that you can do all the steps required in the time alloted, shares so much great info! What made this class a winner for me was that he shared so much insight about how to bake at home, which is exactly what I wanted to do. I took a bread class at ICE, but they used commercial machinery and ovens, which was not helpful because I can't recreate that at home. Went home with some starter and bread.
