“I loved the class!!! I’m already a baker but have been getting into cake decorating lately and wanted to learn some new piping techniques. It has always been a goal of mine to learn to do flowers out of buttercream and Youngsuk Sim was an amazing teacher. She took the time to teach everyone individually and gave amazing instruction and guidance to each of us.
