Kintsugi Workshop Reviews

I loved this workshop! It’s such a beautiful art form. I was able to bring in two Japanese bowls that I broke and they look better now than they did before. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to learn a new skill or for groups looking for events to do together.

Rebecca is a wonderful instructor—personable, warm, and friendly. Her guidance was clear and concise, which made it easy for beginners like us to create our own masterpieces with her support. I came with a friend, learned so much, and even met some really lovely people in the class. I’d definitely recommend Rebecca and this class—it was fun, relaxing, and such a great experience. The only minor challenge is parking, since it’s in Chinatown, but it’s manageable.

I had fun! The teacher was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful too. I’m glad that I came, and want to repeat the class at some time in the near future, especially if Rebecca is the instructor! Thank you!!

Teacher Rebecca was absolutely the best!! She’s not only knowledgeable but also intentional about the way she teaches, while interacting with everyone with her wonderful energy to make sure that we are all having a great time. I brought a cracked bowl of my own, and after learning the kintsugi technique and receiving expert advice from Rebecca, I feel well motivated and prepared to start my own creative/healing project. I very much recommend this class!!

Rebecca is a terrific teacher - encouraging, organized, and friendly. She gave excellent demos and verbal instructions, was patient and helpful, have individual attention to students as needed, and is very knowledgeable about the art of Kintsugi. I will definitely recommend this class (and I might take it again so I can become more skilled).
