“My group had a blast at Scattered Kind! It's a super beginner-friendly craft and the instructor was clear and approachable if we had any questions. It's not difficult to learn how to use the tufting equipment and it's convenient that they set everything up for you before we arrived. My only critique is that the way the canvas was attached to the frames left exposed nails/staple tips (which they did warn us about) but I did catch my fingers on a couple of times. I loved the vibe at this studio and the staff were wonderful! Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back!”
“Omg! Take me back! I got the tufting class as a Christmas gift and the gift card was easy to redeem. I chose a custom carpet so I was hoping getting in touch with Scattered Kind would be easy and it was! I went to their website to email them my design. They responded very fast and was very personable (I hate automated responses and robotic service). Anyway, parking WAS NOT BAD! Just ring the bell outside labeled Scattered Kind, located on the second floor, the have an elevator as well.
The instructors Taylor and Andrew KINDLY waited for other people to arrive before beginning and it didn’t affect the class. Great, easy instructions. They were very patient! Helped us along the way if needed. Complimented which was a big deal because… you have to trust the process. But once it was done… you feel accomplished lol .
They have outlets available to charge your devices. Very Content CREATOR friendly because who provides you with phone stands AND tells you the stand is available for you to time-lapse your video ! 10 out of freaking 10 recommend!
Now only if I were able to leave with my creation the same day . But it’s worth the wait. Thanks again! You guys are awesome!!!”
