“My teacher (her name was Macy) was really nice, we had some good talks too. She was there when I needed help and gave me as much time as I needed to finish up my project. Even though it was my first time doing it and at the beginning it seemed hard it really got better over time. The only thing in my opinion they could improve is to provide some drinks or snacks since you are going to be there for several hours. I can only recommend this place if you are looking for a fun new experience and a beautiful selfcrafted rug to take home.”
“I had a great time! My rug turned out fantastic and I loved the setup. My suggestion for other first timers is to make sure to put your lines close together! This wasn’t made super clear during instruction so I had to redo some of them haha but truly wonderful experience and will be doing it again!”
“Our instructor, David, was amazing! Super knowledgeable, patient and engaging. I booked the class for four of us and he ensured we had all the support we needed and left with really awesome projects. Can't recommend enough! Very beginner friendly.”
“The class was fun but hard! I recommend starting with a small project and planning to spend 5-7 hours the first time. Bring water, lunch, and snacks! It's hard on the hands and shoulders after awhile. If you don't want to freestyle the design, they have equipment to project digital images and artwork off your phone to make transferring the image easier. I was impressed with the studio layout, yarn selection, and quality of tools. The instructors (Maisi and David) were very knowledgeable and helpful. Parking was easy on the weekend.”
“Great class! The lesson teaching how to work the gun easy to understand and the instructor even allowed us to practice before getting started. Love how both instructors also consistently check on our progress and helped us get the best look for our rugs.”
