“I'm giving five stars bc Chef Alex and his wife were just so darn lovely, and it's clear he knows what he's doing. And my food was delicio9su! But when it comes to atmosphere, I'd give it a four, becaue I think the tables of participamnts need to be set up in a horseshoe arrangement so we can all see what the chef is doing. Also, some fun, upbeat music would've added to the friendly vibe.”
“The teacher was amazing. Very knowledgeable. His sauces were very good. Appreciated receiving the recipes. The rice was a little mushy but it did have to be prepared ahead of time so I know that's tough. Alex is a pro. Would take his classes again.”
