“I was disappointed that we were in a gym rather than a kitchen but there were a lot of people in the class. Most of the macarons people made didn’t actually turn out. The instructor looks at ours and said we must not have whipped the egg whites enough. I fault the instructor for that. She should have walked around and made sure we were all doing it correctly. That was the whole point of a class like that.”
