The teacher was engaging, funny and very knowledgeable. I love the handout, tips and tricks and the hands on portion of the class.

Arnie the bread master was a fantastic teacher, Very clear, great hands on experience and he answered every question well. Great for beginners or experienced bakers to get a few tips.

Arnie Adler was our teacher. Excellent - I wish he had taught my PolEc classes! He was thorough, easy to understand, with a very pleasant, light-hearted, approach. I learnt a vast amount of knowledge that I am hoping will help me make better bread. Thank you Arnie. Small class which was an added bonus. And there is a terrific farmer's market on the Sunday just across the road. Highly recommend this class.

The teacher was really sweet. He is super knowledgeable and you walk away with a loaf of bread, another one to bake at home and finally he gave us his mother starter to take home as well. It’s not a 10-1pm class, rather it lasted just over 2 hours.
