“The teacher was incredible: warm, inviting, educational, and personable. She led the workshop with so much grace and fun. I felt secure in approaching each step and, more importantly, I felt like I learned about Palestinian history and traditions as a guest to the culture and making knafeh! We did everything from reasonable amounts of prep to cooking so the time was well used. I have enjoyed knafeh for about 10 years because I have Palestinian family. I sent them the photos of my dish and they were very proud of me! My cheese pull was amazing AND it was delicious! wow. I feel sure that I can make them some when they are homesick.
