Everyone went home with some of their own starter from her well-established culture, which was a wonderful bonus. I also appreciated the small class size—just 10 people—which made it easy to ask questions and have real conversations. Highly recommend!

I am visiting my sister and registered myself, my sister and my niece for the sourdough baking class. Chef Laura was able to accommodate the date of our class and meet our needs. When we arrived at her location she was friendly, courteous and very professional. She had everything ready for us and was eager to answer all our questions.
We left the class with our sourdough starter, a dough that we could use to prepare our own sourdough bread, handouts and a link to her online instruction videos.
