“Instructor was great. In addition to learning latte art technique, we got to learn a bit about which regions in Japan produce the best matcha and some history, as well as the best types of matcha for lattes.
The only thing I would change is being given the opportunity to make at least 2 drinks - one practice (with soap) and one real drink, to drink.”
