“Teacher was fantastic! Very friendly and nonjudgemental about asking questions or being late(we hadn't ever been to this part of dallas before and got super lost in finding parking and finding the elevators to get to 17th floor). The macaron class was easy to understand and the teacher walked around numerous times to show what the texture of the batter should look like while mixing and warning what not to do--basically many tips you wouldn't know off just reading a recipe.
If the macaron class is hosted at Crescent Club again, definitely add like an hr to your ETA so you can find parking & locate the class + the traffic in DFW is even if ur ETA says you're on time. Make sure to get your parking garage ticket validated as well by the hostess. The parking garage has an elevator (parking garage levels: g1-g4, the lobby is floor 1) but the elevator to the 17th floor is a different separate elevator(parking garage elevator is silver and floor elevator is gold). There's also a security guard in the lobby to ask questions.
The building is gorgeous(the architecture and interior design is super aesthetic) and the class has plenty of time in between while waiting for the macarons to set and to bake to walk around and take pictures of the gorgeous floor. They also have a bar and provide drinks (separate cost). You end up taking home leftover macarons!”
