Gordie is very experienced in the Chinese tradition of tea and gave us an array of teas to try - from light white teas to full-bodied Puer teas. It was also very valuable to have conversations around the ceremony, tools, and cultural transitions surrounding tea. I'd recommend this experience for tea novices and experts alike!”
