“After wanting to go to a perfume making class for a while I signed my husband and myself up for a class and was NOT disappointed! My husband is severely adhd and the instructors were kind, funny and helped us both through the process. I LOVE that it is a BLACK OWNED, LQBTQIA+ friendly space and the love and laughter was felt throughout the entire experience. This is truly a place centered around building community and it was felt. After making our perfumes, my husband and I both decided we will be returning to do a candle making session. We are so happy with our custom fragrances and will recommend this to anyone looking for a fun date night, or a get together with friends!!!”

They help you in picking scents that match your desired idea, introducing you to new fragrances and how they mix well. Using the Classbento Gift Card was easy and seamless. “I’m really disappointed with my experience at this perfume class. My friend and I drove all the way from Dallas to Houston specifically for this event. She drove the entire way completely sober, and we were genuinely excited to attend.
After we arrived, we paid $6 for three bottles of wine. Shortly after, my friend was accused of being drunk which was completely untrue. She had not consumed enough of anything to be intoxicated, and she absolutely did not “like” or mishandle seven perfumes as they claimed. Despite trying to explain, they asked her to leave.
To travel hours for an experience and then be dismissed based on an assumption was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. There was no proper conversation, no effort to clarify the situation, and no fair resolution offered.
The concept of the class is great, but the way we were treated was disappointing and honestly unfair. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future, because customers deserve respect especially when they’ve traveled and paid to support the business.”
