“The class was great and the focaccia was delicious. But the timing/pacing could have been better. We felt a bit rushed and disorganized with the focaccia making, but then nothing to do while waiting for the bread to bake. Disappointed that we didn’t take part in the ricotta making. Maybe next time everyone should get step by step instructions with timing, so we could all follow along and do it together. The step with measuring the olive oil took too long, maybe have two scales to measure the oil. And the music was too loud. But we had fun.”
