“5 of 5 stars! The teacher was knowledgeable and the sushi was yummy. We made a smoked salmon roll, a shrimp roll, and a veggie roll. Fellow students were friendly and kind. The distillery venue was spacious but very warm in the back where the class was held. It could definitely use more air conditioning as it was late June. We were all sweating a bit by the end. The picnic table seating was comfortable for the 2 hour event. I wish the teacher made everyone wash their hands before we started because we were sharing food with classmates & cutting veggies with our hands. I feel confident that I could recreate these sushi rolls at home with the right utensils and ingredients. They said they would email the recipes after the class. I would strongly recommend this class to other sushi fans. Great for singles or couples and a good mix of both. You don’t need any special cooking skills for this class and perfect for beginners.”
