“Great class! Chef Su did an excellent job demonstrating the proper techniques for making macarons and then checking in at each table of students individually to make sure we were doing it correctly. He advised when we needed additional mixing or how to hold the piping sleeve properly. The result was dozens of delicious macarons in multiple hues and flavors. FYI, in class the students make just the macaron shells. There's a demo of how to prepare the butter cream filling, but batches of filling had been made ahead for the class to use on their macarons.”
