“I joined the class in Denver, which we were told is a new location for the workshop, but even still we were very disappointed. The class was held in a mundane hotel conference room, there was no thought put into how to enhance the atmosphere. Not even some background music playing. The ingredients were all pre-measured in bowls for each table so all that had to be done was mix and roll out the gnocchi, which didn't really feel like a proper cooking class. We 'cooked' the gnocchi in the hotel breakfast room on portal induction stovetops, taking turns so in the end we all brought our finished bowls back to the conference room and ate seperately. It all felt awkward and thrown together. I would not reccommend, especially if you are truly interesed in learning to cook gnocchi.”
