“I took this class with my two teenage sons and we loved it. Dumplings is one of our favorites so it was great to learn how to make them ourselves, and was actually pretty simple. Chef Charlie was really fun and knowledgable, she made the whole process really easy for us. She even thought to bring a light box in so that we could photograph our dumplings, which as a photographer, I loved. And we had so many dumplings that we took a to-go box with us and ate them on our drive home.”
