“Fun class! I loved all the taste testing and the big matcha latte given to us at the end. I appreciated the detailed explanations given about the various matcha teas and their flavor profiles, as well as instruction on how to actually measure out the tea and water and how to use the bamboo whisk and bowl. I had no idea matcha had to be brewed at 175 degrees. I have since purchased a matcha set, ceremonial grade tea and an electric kettle. Highly recommend!”
“I’ll start with the “bad” I guess. I purchased this class because it was 2 hours, well it was suppose to be 2 hours. The other class was one hour and only 30 bucks but I thought we’d be getting more detailed info for the price. We ended a bit after 1 hour. The teacher was AMAZING ! She is so nice and answered my questions and was very sweet. The drink at the end was really good. I do wish the class could have been longer like it mentioned for the price. But other than that it was good.”
