“No way to get into the building. We even went through the call box on the front of the building but the class / teacher was not listed. When contacted by phone the teacher said she was in the middle of a session (yes the one we’d been circling the building trying to get into for 10 mins before the start of class…) and to check the app. There is no app. There is no info on the website besides the building #. No code to get in or buzz in to the building. Disappointed. Hoping to be refunded because $150 is a lot”
“Daisy was great! Our class was pretty small so she was able to give everyone 1:1 attention. She was super encouraging and never broke a sweat when we were having trouble with the temperamental clay. She has a super sweet dog who suns herself on the balcony while we work which is super cute. On top of everything, the finished product looks so fancy no matter how bonkers it looked before firing. This is an awesome class. Highly recommend!”
“What a great class! I couldn't believe when we started (knowing nothing about working with silver clay) that 90 minutes later we would already have beautiful rings that we made ourselves! Get there a few minutes early (surface parking lot easy and close by). We had a good time looking through designs on line the day before we went in, which gave us more time to work with the delicate clay before it dried and was ready for us to fire it. It is like magic to see your ring revealed as the clay heats up! She is a patient and thorough teacher with enough (so much!) experience to know exactly how to guide us through each step and allow us to experience each aspect of the craft. Highly recommend and we will also book her kintsugi and pottery classes!”
“We had so much fun at this class! Daisy was super sweet and helpful. The space was cute and peaceful, especially the balcony looking over Downtown. It was so satisfying to take home our rings the same day. We even got to torch our rings as part of the process! My mom is already talking about trying the craft again on her own!”
