“This is an artist workshop where they let the novices come play. There are beautiful mosaics displayed. I recommend that first timers start with a small piece if you're doing a mandala. And read up on mandalas before going. The instruction was only about how to mosaic. People were also available to help you do something that you think of to do. I had difficulty finding enough sets of identical pieces of glass/tile for the patterns in a 12-inch mandala (as I understood it) so I had to cut some for myself. What I created didn't look like the picture in the ad. Nevertheless, I had a blast making it! This is a good place to meet up with a friend and freestyle mosaic to get your creativity going while catching up.”
