“Marlene is a real sweetheart and for us ( celebrating a friend’s 50th bday ) , she ensured that the bday girl and us all were pampered to the luxury of truffle making & eating . She has loads of flavors to infuse in the truffles, that you surely cannot try them all in one class . She is very patient and not just goes by the watch . She accommodated us with date change and various time changes. We ( bunch of 5 girls at the private truffle making class ) had a gala time and can’t thanks Marlene enough for making it a memorable day for us”
