“Our teacher, Emily, was fabulous. I arranged a cake decorating and frosting techniques class for my 11 y.o. daughter and her friends. They made meringue, buttercream frosting and decorated their own mini cakes using piping bags with different tips/different effects in multiple colors. They had a grand time. The cakes and frosting were delicious! Emily was wonderful with the children.”
