“I love taking virtual classes, and I believe Chef Laura to be the best. She makes it easy to get prepared for the class by sending detailed lists of foods and cooking tools and pots needed in advance. You are encouraged to prep, but if you don’t, no worries! She takes you through everything step-by-step. She is so flexible and patiently goes back a gew steps if you need help! No question is too stupid. Last note - she puts all the instructions in chat as we are cooking, so you are never caught short if you can’t find or print your recipes in advance. No one does that - none of the Chefs ive taken classes with.
