“Great class!! I was wondering how a coffee cupping could last 2 hours, but it was so informative. We had 6 different coffees, each with different flavor profiles that we experienced dry, right after the water was added, while they were hot, & after they had cooled down. It was fascinating! We also talked about ground types (course or fine?), different home brewing methods, and what to look for when buying coffee. If you enjoy coffee, this was a fun & informative class. Would highly recommend it!”

“I couldn’t recommend this class more!! I had such an amazing experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed having LaNisa as an instructor. I took this class to expand my coffee knowledge for personal and professional reasons, and safe to say this class prepared me just for that. The lesson started with a quick PowerPoint on the history of coffee, how it’s grown and prepared, and the different aspects that make up the flavor/aroma profiles. We then went around the table to get introduced to all the different beans set up for us. I loved it because it was so much more of a thorough experience than I’ve ever had with coffee before! We got introduced to identify the scent profiles, then the tastes at different temperatures, and how each bean is suitable for different types of brewing. Plus, the class was such a vibe!! LaNisa has a wealth of knowledge to share, and she’s got jokes that make learning that knowledge so much more fun. I was genuinely excited to learn in this class and again, I HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone trying to expand their knowledge or simply try something new.”
