“The teacher was great, it was a good mix of informative/educational and hands-on experience. Ramen is a dish that we love to eat but can be intimidating to do at home if you don’t have the time to babysit prep ingredients; this class made it feel much more accessible, and the teacher had great answers to questions we had about adjusting recipes to fit different needs. I would absolutely take another class with them again!”
“No recipes to take home, I had to take a picture of the one for the table. The written recipe was a little confusing at times. There was an introduction to the class on the table that I think was for the teacher, very weird. No one washed their hands as they prepped all the ingredients to go into the broth. The teacher made more eggs but never cut them up for us to use. Last but not least the pork belly was grey, it should be the color of bacon. I hope no one gets sick.”
