“I had great experience taking my ADVANCED OIL PAINTING LESSON with Elena. This lesson was a bit more intense with focus on perspective and color choices compared with just the oil painting lesson. I was happy to achieve a great result painting my first New York City landscape!
Elena is always focused on her students getting their best results so you always feel supported throughout the lesson.
The blurring technique she showed me with the use of a broad stroke across the entire canvass with a large brush was a unique approach. I was really surprised at how the image transforms by doing this. Very cool!
I enjoyed this class very much and I highly recommend taking art classes with Elena Chestnykh!
Her studio is set up as an inspiring place to be for creativity so when you’re there, you feel ready to paint and express yourself.
