“This was a wonderful virtual class with a fabulous teacher! Firstly, we received our package in the mail on time and wrapped/packaged very thoughtfully and carefully - beautiful presentation! We were informed on what other supplies we needed to prep before the class started which was very helpful so we could be present and ready to go during the class. The teacher Anya was so kind, passionate about her craft and chocolate of course! Anya was very informative and inclusive during this class - asking us our thoughts, about our flavor pallets, what we were tasting, smelling and feeling! It was so fun to learn about how the pallet works and how everyone has a different experience when doing tastings. We learned a little history on how chocolate is grown and made into all of our favorite sweets we get to eat. The chocolate was absolutely delicious and there was a great variety of flavors and origins which was so fascinating. The tea was wonderfully paired and it was a very delicious and fun experience. I highlight recommend this class for any chocolate lovers!! In our craft kit there was so many goodies from multiple full size craft chocolate bars, real cacao beans, 4 different types of tea & more! I have plenty of leftovers after the class which is such a nice extra treat! Thanks Anya - it was such a fun class and I left with more knowledge and love for craft chocolate!”
