“My partner and I had such a fun time at Chef Carol’s brunch cooking class! From the moment we arrived at her beautiful home, she made us feel so welcomed with the sweetest charcuterie board to snack on while we got to know each other. Carol is so knowledgeable and kind.
We started with blueberry lemon muffins that were moist, fluffy, and absolutely bursting with berries. Then came the strata—loaded with spinach, two cheeses, bread, eggs, and cream—it was savory, flavorful, and definitely something we’ll be making again. Next up was the showstopper: millionaire bacon. Sweet, savory, spicy, sticky… honestly the best bacon I’ve ever had. We finished off with a fresh fruit salad of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and a citrusy-mint dressing that tied it all together perfectly.
The whole experience was easygoing, fun, and full of laughs. Carol was so easy to talk to, and it was such a cool surprise to find out her daughter had been on MasterChef! We left full, happy, and excited to add all these dishes into our regular rotation. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable experience.”
