We booked our event several months in advance to allow enough time to complete the contract process and prepare everything for a group of one hundred people. I confirmed the booking over chat and followed up several times to ask if the team needed anything. Each time I was assured that they would handle all setup, bring all supplies, and manage cleanup. Despite my repeated outreach, responses were inconsistent and often incomplete. On the day of the event, only one person arrived. He seemed unaware of the event details and made setup unnecessarily difficult. He declined to use the tablecloths we provided and left wax all over the tables, floors, and chairs. Although we provided plenty of space for multiple stations, he directed everyone to gather in one area, creating a crowded and unsafe environment. Throughout the event, he was disengaged, leaving groups without instruction and attempting to leave early. In the end, our team had to spend extra time cleaning up the mess he left behind. While our guests enjoyed the activity, the event organizers were left feeling stressed and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication.
