“Our teacher, Millie, was wonderful! She thought of everything to make the class informative, many extra side tips, hands on, fun and comfortable. Millie’s personality made you feel at ease, and she worked well with the various levels of cooking expertise. She thoughtfully prepared bulk ingredients in advance, ex. corn husks for the 40+ tamales, but left enough for every person to learn. AND, the tamales were delicious!
