“Instructor was nice. Not too much instruction on how to do the project was given. Primarily it was how to mix the material but not the application technique. The applicators were wooden sticks which didn't give much style to the material and was difficult to finese. The venue was dark and uncomfortable. Not really conducive to creative work.
Probably good for newbies or a group wanting to try something new and simple with each other.”
“Everyone was perfectly lovely and I'm glad I did it, but there was nothing in the class that felt like I couldn't learn it from watching a YouTube video. The instruction was minimal, the history and education around kintsugi were not discussed at all and were dismissed when students tried to bring it up. Plus, all the tools are easily purchasable on Amazon. All the benefits usually taken from a class, like further instruction, assistance when something isn't going right, and more in-depth or professional education, were all missing. And, being shoved in the back of a trendy restaurant made it feel less like a genuine class and more like an Instagram opportunity.”

All the supplies were provided by the teacher. They were so helpful in providing guidance thru out class.”
“What a fun event, this was. 10 of us took this class as a team building activity to step away from our very busy work days for a bit, and it was a dream. Easy communication about the location, what to expect, etc. I'm already thinking about booking tihs class again with family.”
