“My daughter and I took the class because we thought it would be a fun activity to do together. It was fun; however, there was some confusion about the details of the class and the process of creating a chip bowl or any other item. We did receive a beer, but not chips, which was fine because eating them while handling clay seems unpleasant. The instructor was very nice and knowledgable. and gave a 15-20 minute "introduction" to the class and then asked what we wanted to make. I responded, "Well, the class description said we would make a chip bowl so I'll do that." The instructor seemed a bit unprepared for that response and had to gather the items needed to do this; however, creating a bowl in less than an hour was rushed and left no room for us to enjoy the process. He did offer to stay a bit longer if we wanted to tip him, which wasn't an option after spending $300 on the class. When we got to the end, he took over and finished glazing our items, because time was up and he wanted to get home. ClassBento.com may want to reevaluate this class's structure and timeframe. Then the instructor told us to pick up our items in a couple weeks. I doubt that our items will even be there when I do go back to pick them up. So we had fun, because we were together, but I would not recommend this class or Classbento to anyone.”
