“The Class was absolutely fabulous! We enjoyed it so much. We really learned a lot from techniques to proper balance of ingredients. Frank was excellent in explaining in detail the how to's of pizza making . You can tell he loves what he does and we really loved learning and understanding what goes into making pizza. Can't wait to try it at home. I would definitely recommend to everyone.”
