“The pizza making class was absolutely fantastic! Rosemary is an amazing teacher and actual practicioner, having owned a bakery for many years in Brooklyn. Her apartment is dedicated towards cooking and had an immaculate vibe with retro kitchenware, down to a '50s style neon colored refrigerator she was on the waiting years for years for. She meticulously taught my date and I how to make the perfect dough down to the gram and milileter for the ingredients. I will definitely be booking future classes with Rosemary as she is a jack of all trades!”
