“The teacher was very engaging. I liked her a lot. Unfortunately, the “skills” were so basic, the entire class ended an hour early. We sat and chatted for another 30 minutes - I guess to make us feel like we got our money’s worth? Also, I didn’t love that we were shown all the cuts at once then were made to execute all at once. There was very little instruction. The food made with our cuts was okay. Overall, it was pleasant morning to spend with my friends but we should’ve just gone out for a fancy brunch. I mean for 300+ , it would’ve been quite fancy.”
“This class was so fun. It was informative, and nicely paced. We were given lots of opportunities to practice, super helpful tips ma, and safety measures. I really enjoyed honing my knife skills and can’t wait to keep practicing at home. The teacher was delightful and very knowledgeable. And her support team was perfect. They gave great instruction and support. While we were chopping the support team turned out cuts into the yummiest meal we all shared afterwards during a Q and A. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
