She was so kind, knowledgable and the class was so nostalgic, I felt like a family member was teaching us how to bake. She was so good, even helping us through our mistakes and through the more difficult techniques and we thoroughly enjoyed baking with her! We would love to do a class with her again! The croissants & pain au chocolates were divine!!”
