“Great cooking! Tracy was super friendly, down to earth and willing to share tips/tricks for cooking. We started the class with small bites because Tracy would hate for her students to be hangry in the kitchen while cooking . Then Tracy showed us how to make the roti and kaya jam. We then had a sit down meal to enjoy the roti and kaya we made, along with an entree that Tracy prepared. The kaya was out of this world, and definitely not like the ones you’ve had in other establishments in San Francisco.
1000% recommend for date night, friends gathering, bachelorette party activities, or anybody who wants to learn more about Malaysian cuisine.”
