Marie-Anne is the best instructor- extremely knowledgeable on baking techniques with a warm and welcoming personality, she really made me feel like i can be a real French baker! Macaroons are notoriously so hard to make but this class was made it super easy with step by step instructions. Even though I’m not creative at all- these came out like pâtisserie quality!!
