Marie-Anne is the best instructor- extremely knowledgeable on baking techniques with a warm and welcoming personality, she really made me feel like i can be a real French baker! Macaroons are notoriously so hard to make but this class was made it super easy with step by step instructions. Even though I’m not creative at all- these came out like pâtisserie quality!! I impressed all my family members with the final results and i can’t believe how fun these were to make. Definitely recommend!!”
