“We had so much fun, and really enjoyed baking (the next day) all the bread we brought. All the loaves came out so well. We learned a bunch in that class and plan to use some of her techniques in future loaves. Such a fun time. Athena prepared so much in advance of the class, to make this a memorable experience.
